The experience with Voonik is my worst ever online shopping till date.
I can say it’s horrible.
I booked a hand bag for my sister and it got delivered 3 days later. That also without any message or notification.
My sister didn’t like the big and decided to return it as there was an option for it.
So I requested a return, then they informed that they will pickup the product and keep the product ready.
I waited for 3 days, the one guy called me and asked for the return and he told he will come later, I told ok.
Then no news only.
Nobody came.
After that day I got one mail that return pickup failed due to non availability.
I was shocked and sent a mail with the incident happened. Then they told they will arrange pickup.
So after waiting g for 2 weeks none of them turned up.
I scolded them like anything.
They asked me to send the product to them by courier and they promised they will pay the courier charge.
My doubt is if they have the deliver service in my town why don’t they have pickup service.
Then I sent the product by courier and they refunded my money with courier charge.

Uffff this is disgusting man. I’ll never think of Voonik again.
