About quality and policy

Cheap material quality and disgusting return policy. I didn’t get my money back yet. It has almost 1 month completed by returning an order. In email they mentioned no pick up facility for return the product and we should send it by courier. While I have sent it by courier voonik boy came to pick the oder. Poor coordination
