I had ordered a saree from voonik for my mom’s birthday about 1 month ago.they said the delivery will take around 1 week to my area.so I had ordered 2 weeks in advance to give her a surprise.i waited for a week but it didnt arrive.
I couldnt even check the tracking details.i gave a call to the customer care, they said it has not been dispatched yet but it will be dispatched on the very day and I will receive it within 3 days.i kept on waiting and just after 3 days I received a message saying my order has been cancelled.when I gave a call to the customer care they said the order has been cancelled due to nonavailability of the item.i was completely taken aback.really didnt expect this from voonik.
