I tried reaching out to them on the above number 7 times after which I sent them an email. It took them more than 48 hours to respond and a refund was processed. Now after a week arrives the remaining order- the skirt - Wrong size, poor quality would be an understatement, fit to be used as a MOP. So, I try again to reach out to them, however the same story of voicemails, I then email them again and that IS WELL WITHIN TIME, WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD of 15 days, (ALL EMAILS SENT WERE BEFORE 20TH AUGUST) THEY AGAIN take more than 72 hours to reply and deny refund. I try to reason out with them, telling them that I have all the emails with me which shows that I have asked for a refund within the time frame but post this THEY STOP REPLYING AND DISSAPPEAR. so I have the product lying here with me and a VIRTUAL GHOST VOONIK TO DEAL WITH. Thankfully, I took this up with my credit card company and have forwarded them the details for a reversal of transaction. The way voonik has fobbed me off, thinking it would end here, I would try all possible attempts to tell people about my story. How can you run company which does not has support staff to answer calls, email’s I guess are being responded to by the owners it seems. A copy paste and not looking into the actual service. With this setup, Voonik is set to be phased out from the online shore very soon. Please DO NOT BUY FROM VOONIK, THEY ARE DEAF TO LISTEN TO CUSTOMER ISSUES AND DUMB ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT THEIR CREDIBILTY WOULD NOT BE DOUBTED CONSIDERING THEY DO NOT HAVE AN INFRASTRUCTURE TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS.
