Really worst and Horrible experience

This is really worst app and the people who are into this business.


Struggling like anything to get the refund from last 45 days. They have marked my return on somebody else name. So I have returned the product, but the other person who has not even returned the product, got his money back.


Whenever I write them, a default response comes to my inbox, trying hard to fetch your data, will update you in next 24-48 hours. Don’t know which clock they follow, I need to remind them everytime, and again story goes in the same way.


Now comes to product quality:


I placed a request for return because the item was defective.


Will never buy from this site. Voonik has lost atleast 10 customers(my entire family).


Product quality: 0000000


Customer Service: -10(minus 10)


Reliability: They don’t know about this.


Stop doing business if you cannot manage it.
