Bad quality product with delayed delivery time

Our whole family is fond of online shopping, so we usually try any new brand or new e-commerce company.

One day we get to know about Voonik.com through Google Play Store. We installed there app. And one of my family member browsed several products listed there and ordered a Pink Saree and a Blue Saree. Actually it is online shopping website for Women, so you will find only women related products.

We opted for COD, in some working day we received the Pink Saree first. As soon as we open the parcel we get to know the product quality is not upto to the standard we paid for, this pink saree had cost Rs1300 and quality was hardly satisfying. So, on the same day we choose for return.

And second product was delayed too much so we cancelled that particular product.

#3 Same product has different price from different seller

#4 Charge extra for COD
