Cheating customers with no-exchange/non-return tag My prepaid order not delivered Wrong product delivered and not responding my call and my ticket black color dress from voonik. First I did not get any message about product delivery after the 2 weeks of placing order. I tried to catch up and called customer care lots of time but did not get any response. Few days back I got the the product but I am not satisfied with this and wants to return.No acknowledgement for return of product acknowledgement from Voonik about confirming my Return status. I am trying to contact their customer care but unable to connect with any customer care executive & I have even dropped an email but no response from their end. This is really annoying. Can somebody please help? Thanks.
