Worst customer support.

I have ordered a sling bag from voonik.com at first they added prime membership in my cart for no reason and when I tried to remove my membership they increased the delivery charge by rupees 99 . So I ordered with the membership but the order did not got delivered even after the expected date. I tried to call and email them but all in vain. They did not reply to mails and call to customer support never connects. And after 10 days of expected date they sent a message that they could not deliver and they would refund my money but they only refunded the price of bag and they did not refund prime fees. They fooled me to buy their prime membership.
