They eat your money and don't refund you

I purchased 3 kutis from voonik and I paid for all of them from my debit card.Later I cancelled one kurti order, money came in my voonik wallet even when I choose it to come in my bank account.Later these guys canceled the other 2 kurtis aswel and send they refunded the amount.I saw my statement nothing came on it. I called my banks customer care, they said no refund has come.I called voonik people, they said they had sent my money back in my account.Huge lies and false commitments.


Later I came to know that one of my colleague faced the same issue 4 month back and she had not received any money uptil now.I m so much upset with these people.I am pasting my order ids.If this issue get resolved and I get my amount back, then I will write and inform myself rather than believing that it got resolved from a stamp wait for me to write here order id R606127748.I want to give negative if I can
