Low quality cheap product

I ordered a piece of kurta for my sister from this website the quality of the product was so cheap that I start thinking.

I am cheated from this website and then when I tried to return the product and refund my money they says they only have the scheme to exchange this product not to refund the money I will highly recommend not to buy any products website.
