Beware sellers! Voonik is worst site for sellers, I am online retailer, I am selling products on many sites, but I never had such worst experience. I was told by their representative deepak patel that I should calculate selling price as product price+ my profit+ shipping, and voonik will add their commission in selling price, I have set prices according to that, then.
After processing many orders, I got payment deducting their commission, it was so shocking to me, as they haven’t told me that I should add it in selling price, these people take commission from both seller and customers, when I contacted that same person deepak patel, he just ignored my call giving excuses, even I contacted seller support as well but these cheater people are not listening to me. I am completely in loss because of their fraud. They are just there to fool sellers and buyers, please don’t buy or sell on this site.
