I have ordered for 3 sarees on Voonik site, the price was reasonable and one of the product I received is satisfactory for the amount which I have paid but the other two sarees did not met my expectations the quality of the products is very poor and there is lot of color difference in products compared to the pics shown online. the delivery time is less because I got the product within 5 days(including saturday and sunday), I felt the delivery service is good and return pickup also done within two days.
As of now I will not speak about refund because I have returned the product yesterday only so I did not received my amount and after the tat time of 5 working days I will say whether return policy is good or not.I am not blaming voonik but the products of the sellers on voonik are not good.
