I have used this vox alpha VN 02 product from my friend it does not deserve even not one star and it has no customer service. If we go through its features it operate with the android v.4.2 jellybean and screen size is just 6.934 inch and camera is just 0.3 megapixel. It’s ram is very bad ??. From this its even very difficult to work just for 15 minutes. It’s the worst product. Company fooling us I recommend not to buy this product.
