Vox Alpha was my experiance with netbook and which turned out to be a big mistake for me. I saw this product on Naaptol around 4 years ago whose price was 3500rs and this attracted me. I made up my mind and placed an order on naaptol for it. The product reached me after a week and guess what it was very well packed and I was too happy for it after all it was my first experiance with a tab cum lappy. When I opened the box I saw there was a tab and its keyboard pad with a charger, a touch pen and a user manual. I tried to on it by clicking on power button but nothing happened. I then kept for charging but little disturbed when I saw only negitive comment about Vox. After keeping 4hr in charging this netbook opened. On the second day I noticed a big issue in this netbook that if it gets switched off then it wont switch on for 7 hr even if you charged. This was a big issue so I decided to talk naaptol they said to return the product and they will replace it back but I didnt trust them. So I decided not to return it back and went search of vox service but I didnt find anywhere in my city not even in kolkata. So I took it to a shop they said there is a battery issue and battery has to be changed I was shocked to hear that and very angry with the kind of product Vox makes. I was just like a fly got traped in Vox’s web. So never buy product from vox orelse you will also be fooled like me.
