I ordered one Trishul Pendant for men, on 31st Jul, order confirmation mail said it will get delivered by 4-5th August, I received it on 8th Aug. after taking so much follow up. The delivery failed three times because of courier services. I took follow up from voylla.com many times. They told me we will get back to you but they never reverted. So after receiving mail of failing delivery third time I called customer service. The customer service executive given same reply that I will get back to you, so I tell them to cancel the order, they instead of convincing me they asked me to cancel the order this was really surprising for me. But as the parcel were at location I searched the address of courier service and get that parcel directly from them. And also when I used the jewelry the quality of material/ plating was so bad that the polish on jewelry got removed in only few days. I didn’t like the product and service from voylla.com.
