Voylla.com is a online fashion jewellery and accessories store. It offers an array of jewellery item for women mens and kids.
In September 2017 , I bought a hand accessory worth rupees 600 from this store. I used that only for 3 or 4 days and put it in almirah , after a month when I take it out to wear , I saw it’s polish had started fading away. It has started loosing its golden colour.
I contacted its customer care support, as per them it is normal to a fashion jewellery to loose its colour in a month time.
After that I never recommend this site to anyone because it charge high price and delivers product of low quality.
