Update on 18th july 2025
I recieved product today, they gave original product only,
Only, some delivery delays occurred due to product EOL.
Needs customer care improvement, I gave negative comment initially because they didn’t give a proper response, I misundertood they are fake.

I ordered a Yamaha tower speaker on June 28, 2025, and was told it would ship within 2 days. Its now been over 9 days with no update. Despite calling over 6 times and raising 2 tickets, Ive received no proper response.
I also requested a cancellation and refund if the product is not going to be shipped, but there has been no response to that request either.
