They are commission agent which books your tour with other so its take advance money from customer. When customer makes full payment they book tour through other new travel agent and they not given any money to any traveler. So be aware with this guys .
We recently book kerala tour and lost 29000. So requested to you please away from this vplan trip, vplan entertainment and event, and MICE TRAVELO PVT LTD. as they have many name so be careful.
