Hello we have booked a travel package for uttarkhand and paid advance amount of 20000 one month before our travel date and asked them to Book all the hotels which were requested.
But just before my travel date they called and said all those hotels which we booked a month back was under renovation or full or some reason and gave us a 3rd class hotels.
As that was the last minute change we couldn’t do anything.as trip continued they didnot provide good condition vehicle, food was pathetic. And rooms no need to tell.
Guys trust me this website is the worst travel agency you will ever come across. Please don’t loose you money truism those idiots.
