This happened 3 times in a week. Called in advance, saying I’ll pick up the parcel. He said to come in 10 minutes and I did. The food was stale and smelling absolutely foul and sour on the inside.
How can 10 minutes food be stale? They’re re-cooking things already prepared, which have maybe stayed out for HOURS and then re-cooking/frying in same used oil. DISGUSTING. AVOID them!
Called them back and they said, we don’t exchange/return or not even give partial refund. Basically translates to, "eat the stale food or throw it, not our problem".
