Cheating from Vriti employee and bad response from Reliance Customer Care.
I took a Reliance NetConnect DataCard from Deepak Singh in Vriti. I had opted for an Advanced Rental Unlimited Plan as told to me by one Mr. Alok and paid 2523 INR(3 months unlimited usage, 2.1mbps till 5 gb and 144kbps post that) on 28th July, 2011. I have also been promised a 2day/3night stay plan for Goa for a couple by Alok for taking the reliance NetConnect the same day.
Going ahead I got a bill from Reliance for Rs 572 for the month of July-August and my connection has been terminated since then(12th September, 2011). On multiple calls(at least 50) to the customer care and visits to the Reliacen web world, nothing has been done till now. And now its been mroe than 6 weeks without any remdy in sight for me.
An advise to all future buyers will be to ensure that they dont use the middlemen "Vriti" and rather buy directly from the Reliance web worlds if at all they buy from Reliance, coz Reliance will simply shrug saying that Vriti selling is not their responsibility.
Also the speed is not very good, and unlike the 2 mbps promised, one hardly get 100-200 kbps if lucky and at times the gtalk will also not work.
