VRL cargo is the WORST house shifting company. My house material was to be shifted from bangalore to mumbai.
-I had called for a quote and the person requested to come personally to see, which I found professional. He gave me a quote and took an advance of 1000 as booking charges. The vehicle was to arrive at 12 pm and arrived at 7pm. The whole day wasted waiting for them when I had many other shifting worries to deal with.
The men would not even speak or acknowledge what we were speaking and just began to load the things, forgot 2 3 things at home which I had to rush out to remind them.They just needed to get done and leave.
The material arrived 3 days late and to my horror 2 cargo boxes were forgotten in Bangalore! After many calls and requests to recheck they informed the next day that they found my boxes in bangalore godown and they will resend in 4 to 5 days. By now I had shifted locally to a new place a little distance away.
-The boxes arrived TEN DAYS later, ( one box cut and opened as well!) a total of 16 days from departure, and the company asks extra money to deliver!
- After argument they agree to drop the stuff, without even the courtesy to come to my new adress just a few mins away.
They are insensitive and think of nothing but money, never customer satisfaction.
