My consignment was booked through VRL on 9th October and today is 23rd October and I still have t received the item. Since it is food item I am very concerned. They don’t even pick up calls or answer them properly. Such pathetic customer service. I even emailed and there is no further response. The worst is they aren’t bothered at all.
