The services they provide are the worst. And the people especially the guy Sanjay at VRL are Chor and third class, shameless people. I had to move home goods from Pune to Noida and the guy Sanjay(Chor, third class person) and few other people came to my home, quoted some figures, we agreed and then took out the goods in truck to their location in pune. Later they sent bill on email(Dont give original bills perposly) which is double what was quotes with mention of huge charges which they purposely will not tell you ahead. They charge GST but they dont give GST bills, they don’t give consignment note, they dont give any documents. I paid 4000 Rs around for insurance of good. More than 50 thousand Rs of goods was completely damanged. When asked for insurance claim they stop receiving calls. I needed to reimburse bills at office for relocation. I asked them for original invoice bills, GST bills, Consignement note, delivery note. They told me that we had already given, they did not give me those purposely. Later they asked me to pay other 2000 Rs for bills. I paid them 500 Rs. And they sent me non-GST BILL over currior and no other docs which I asked(Nakli bill). Later, the guy sanhay was asking me money for giving the docs for the services for which I paid. They just made me for two months. and did not give anything.
They charged me for the bills of the services which I took. Still did not give me original bill.
The guy sanajay is a big chor at VRL. When I called him he was talking abusingly. and saying that if you pay then only I will give bills. varna bhad me jao.
Guys just stay away away from them.
