I Recently Used services of VRL while Moving from Pune to Gurgaon and What I Got after paying a huge money to them:
Addtional charges of Rs 6000 on the name of Mathadi.
The guy(Sanjay) who came to book and then packing of my house hold is a big lier. the commitmet he made were put through the roof by his colleague(Sharma) after I paid them money.
their Packing material quality is pathetic.
I received my housed hold in Gurgaon in 2 weeks while they promised in 6 days
I lost 2 boxes and got broken many costly item line Microwave, washing machine ets
My Glass crockery I got is just crush of glass
Insurance they gave is just fake and of no use they just cover accident only. no brakage or lost items
I got car in 2 weeks and it was in bad shape and they donttake responsibility.
they way they work is very claver. the guy(Sanjay) I booked the house hold with got disappeared right after movement and his colleague(Sharma) took over and rubbish all commitments made. so you cant do much on them as they are much above than shameless people.
then, when my houls hold came to gurgaon then, people in gurgaon did not know anyone who I had been taking to and they have their own demands of money and another category of shamelessness.
Just writing for the people who are planning to move, just dont fall in the trap of these ruthless, shameless people. It’s just a mental and financila harassment.
