Driver Conductor Misbehaviour

I took VRL bus for the first time in my life with bad experience from Goa to Mumbai. Driver is very aggresive and they are not given ear to hear our voice and also conductor doing same while giving luggage to him. VEHICLE NO : MH09EM2919 Date 25/08/2019
