I booked to go on 14/06/2018 from bangalore. Although the bus came on time they stopped at karwar and told us to change a normal semisleeper without ac. They bus took record 18 hrs drive and horribly no breakfast break etc they didn’t even apologize or provide water. 11 hrs drive they made it as 18 and told passenger if we insist they will provide 250 as reimbursement. What a hell travels.
