Worst customer service

Very disappointing service. 4 and a half hour late(Dharwad to Mumbai). Impolite and unkindly behaviour of driver and staff onboard. Their principle at work is - work like faulty machine with no human feelings. First time and last time VRL. thanks for the worst service. Wait for a court notice.
