here talking about a VSNL’’S monsoon package.i had this account year back. when I had a account it was working quite well.but in middle time it was very slow.now it is pretty good indeed. I m very happy with the connection rate I m gating since last few months round about 3 months.so I m quit happy with the service I m getting here.well.it has been an year I m using the account.nothing special to write.
