I have been using VSNL’s dilaup connection since more that two years. I have found it as the best indian ISP. It is quite true that sometimes there is some problem in connectivity, speed etc. But overall I am very much satisfied with the service given to me by VSNL. Recently there has been a drastic increase in download spped also. And now there are no frequent disconnections also. I will rate this as the best ISP in India!
