If we compare the service with other ISP then VSNL is the best option. But I think now India need a second gateway for ISP. Or they should increase the bandwidth of the international gateway. Why I am say VSNL is best option, because all other ISP’s share the same bandwidth with VSNL, they not having there own gateway’s. But they should improve their help desk service.
But I hope in next year we will get better service as VSNL is improving their bandwidth size.
