I have VSNL’s TCP/IP account for last one year.The connection speed of vsnl seems to be on decilne since last two months.
Earlier even during peak hours the speed use to be good, but now its hardly get above 9600bps during day time.Agreed that the speed is lot better at night when the conection load is less, but what the use when u dont get it when u require it the most i.e.during day time.
You cant wait for night to get fast speed, can u? atleast I cant.
Last year VSNL registered profit of more then 20000 crores of rupees and still they give thier user such low quality service.
I wish they improve it fast.
