I suggest do not use TTL leased line service ever. Their service is very poor. No single point of contact, no responsibility nothing. If you have any problem you have to find the solution your self. No person here is responsible.
We have Leased line from TTL running for past 5 years. Till last year there was no problem when they have changed organization structure it became difficult to work with them. There is no reply from any one if you ask for some information or you raise any query. The support staff always says there is fiber cut we try to resolve the issue I don’t know How much fiber cut happening in TTL.
All departments working in isolation.If any one wants to go for TTL leased line please take it on your own risk.
