I have been its customer for the last 4yrs now.The services being provided are at par with those available anywhere in the world.People here are nice and helping.Though it has created its monopoly but still it is providing a host of services.Rates are steady and competitive.Wide variety of packages for TCP/IP and ISDN are available.The company will suffer if disinvestment is done.Being a PSU it still has a corporate look.It has got good portals and content.Its reach is to a wide segment of the population.The gateways use cutting edge technologies.It is far much better than other private ISP’s.Its only minus is that they don’t give away loads of software and its presence and spread needs much more attention.Still I highly recommend it and have all praise for this PSU.
