It’s is an idiotic company started with a bunch of guys in US who buyied few other small companies and got gelled with the clients and running the company. No "PROCESS" and idiotic management. Company is run like Government office. you have to be good with the Managers that’s all. Don’t ever join this company. They don’t pay the salaries properly and want employees to cut down salary and hike according to the fantasies of management.
People are asked to do "small and cheap jobs" like Data Entry and so on. Software Engineering are forced to do this type of things. They don’t have any other group activities except "birthday party celebration" every month.No bonuses and other benefits. If you work there for atleast 6 months, I am gaurantely say that you will forgot everything about your job.
