Very unprofessional. They will attract people in different technologies training which is very superficial. Then they will fake your experience adding 7-10 years of experience and ask you to sit for telephonic interviews. They are basically brokers or dalal and would steal from your hourly rate. They keep attracting students with lies and promise of jobs. People like Sachin and Manasa will lie and try to make candidates sign 1 year bond with it. No pay for the 6 months they put you on bench.
It is had to believe that Infosys, Wipro, TCS hires such fake candidates on contract.
