I was interviewed for a Developer position, cleared all the rounds including HRD. I clearly mentioned what was my CTC and what is expected on my first reply email.
They took 3 days of time for 3 rounds. After all was done, they simply said I will be notified if I get shortlisted WTF?? Later I found out that they were looking for a someone with a far less salary package. Why wasting someones time when you guys can’t afford?
Spoke to an employee of this company about the work life there, he was just laughing! Rs 1000/- was his hike since 6 months. Well, I guess that explains a lot and I think this company shouldn’t be in a place like "Raheja IT Park". STAY AWAY :)
