When I was looking for job, I got an opportunity in vSplash tech labs. As always I have gone through the reviews on MouthShut, which made me confused.
I grabbed the opportunity as I was in need of job, but scenario here is entirely different to the reviews which I have read before.
I was not at all forced to agree for the policies and procedures, as every company has its own norms we are the individuals who should take the decision of our own career. Never my salary is delayed for even a single day only thing is salary will be credited on 7th of every month that’s it.
Actually its a good place to learn the new technology and gain real time experience. Have seen many guys posting worst comments on the company I don’t feel they are right comments for people who are looking forward to associate with vSplash.
It depends up on how we look things to take it positively or negatively. Finally I feel that I have taken a good decision to join vSplash because nothing is bothering me here as I don’t have that much time to concentrate on other things apart from my work.
