1) Worst working environment.
2) No job security.
3) No salaries on time.
4) No employee delight.
5) No processes is been followed.
6) Need to write 1 year bond.
7) Need to submit 2 original educational certificates.
8) Need to provide medical certificate to avail sick leave.(WTF, is this a company or a school?)
9) Too much of mental pressure.
10)One need to work for 10-12 hrs.
11) No leave on SAT/SUN(but they will mention at the time of joining that they will work 5days a week.
12)You need to praise your managers to approve a leave.
13)You need to behave like your managers pet to get a good hike or to survive in the company.
This company is located in 12th floor Building#20 Mindspace HITECH city Hyderabad. This company not fit to be in Mindspace. This company is not a MNC there is no CMM level it is just a PVTLTD.
But at the time of interview management will bluff people by saying that they have applied for a CMM level and very soon it will be declare, which will never ever come true. Also they will ask about your passport details by saying that there will be good onsite opportunities but not a single person working in Vsplash has ever visited onsite, nobody knows if really there is an office in US.
Average employ qualification they require is 10th std but at the time of joining management will tell only B.Tech are eligible but they will take interview of all. Even 10th std holders and give an offer.
Once a person joins this company, by the very next day he/she will get to know every thing told at the time of interview is false. But one can’t do any thing as you will be forced to write a bond for one year and you need to submit your two original educational certificates.
But many people quit this company less than one year, and took their certificates by law. As keeping certificates and forced bond is not legal but still they will ask employs to write a bond.
There is no processes in this company, management will treat employs as slaves and uses bad words on employs if you are unable to complete a given task in a very short span of time, they will always run behind you by putting mental pressure to complete a task in a day which will actually take 2. And they will proudly feel that putting mental pressure on employs will gain more profits to them.
Salaries will not be paid on time. Employes will need to work 10-12hrs to meet the deadliest dead lines this will happen all 365 days because they only make website not any products which means you need to deliver your work daily.
There is no job security here, they will make use of you and once there are no less business for them they will fire by and through you out of company in less than a week, saying your performance is not good because you are not meeting up to deadlines.
Which is not a good practice, in any other company if they are firing people they will at least give one month grace period or 2 months salary. More over they will not pay exact amount which you need to receive for your worked days
You need to deposit 2 original educational certificates while joining if you want to join in any college for higher education you need to deposit your two months salary to take certificates.
You need to provide a medical certificate if you take a sick leave for one day or even half day even though if you are having sick leave balance if you fail to provide a medical certificate your leave is considered as LOP.
