Hi All, I’m, writing this review to save the people who are willing to join vsplash, most of the people thinks that this company is located in mindspace It park and feels that may this is a good growing company but the only advantage for this company is its location, I have worked under Kallol Datta(Manager) for integration team, when you speak with him you should get to know that you have spoke to the worst living being in this universe, he always enjoys the downfall of the employees who are under him but donno y, if you want to survive under him then you need to pay him some amount or else u need to gift him some costly things so that you will survive under him if not one or the other day u will be kicked out, when ever there is a urgent req they will pay u as per ur request and after that u will be the first person to go out of the company they will tell u silly reasons and throw u out of the company, there are no employee benifits, BPO is better than this company, the hot news is almost 30 employees are getting fired from the company, so this is the best example of the company, if you have any doubts then you can check with the employees who are working in it, u can find them in FB or linkedin, only people who know bengali will have value in this company because there will be daily bengali labour meetings held in the evening hours u need to actively participate in it and the president for these meetings is Mr.Tushar Sinha(Warden of vsplash) and vice president is Kallol(Cleaning company Manager), over all you will lose your knowledge if you join this company so dont join in this company, if you have already got the offer letter then simply ignore it and search for a new 1 but dnt risk your self by joining in this company.
