They interview you by saying that salary is not a major concern and as soon as you got selected they offer you much less and force you to sign a bond for one year and hook you up. This company don’t have any termination policy, they can fire you any time without any reason, and an employee worked a week less than a year also should pay three months of salary in order get released, and you need to pay that in cash, nothing will be considered when it comes to money.
If you are very good in buttering people, you will be ranked as best performer even if you are dumb, if you chose to enter politics this is the place where you need to be because there are lot of internal politics in this so called organisation.
It is just like a joke when it comes to appraisal, best performer and the worst performer will be given same amount, and the increment will be same for everyone in the company not according to the percentage but in number which will never go above 5000, if by chance you have given more you need to sign a bond again for one year with a clause of paying back three months of your salary back if you leave. This is only applicable for people who cannot butter. Performance of buttering people is always good then anyone.
No employee benefits, no professionalism, you are not treated as professional but as a labour as you need to work 10 - 11 hrs a day, you will be never asked to work in the weekends, you will only be ordered to come and you will be said that is your duty, whenever the company want to get rid of you they will come up with an excuse of performance issue as they will fire you in a week which saves them giving months notice.
Kindly don’t go with the good statements in this listing as they are company generated, don’t spoil your life by entering this org. I don’t really know how did this company got located in raheja mind space. This was not supposed to be here kindly move out of building 20 at least some good company can do some good to people.
They even don’t have employee cab, food subsidies, even the papers for the printer are with security guard. I hope this explains what this companies status is. Lastly this company only develops websites don’t assume this to be a full fledged software company.
