Display issues within 2 months.

I bought Vu 55 inch 4k tv 2 months ago. Within 1.5 months, tv display has started showing some black marks in the display. I raised the complaint to the customer care. Service engineer visted to my home and confirmed that it’s a manufacturing defect. After 10 days I got the replacement TV which looks very old. When I contacted the service center, they told that only the old serviced TVs would be sent for replacement. This is very bad. Mine is just 2 months brand new TV. How can I accept old and used TV as a replacement? Hereafter, I will never purchase Vu tv and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
