Video Quality: The video quality is good and yes it gives a very good experience of 4K video and also the HD print is good. It could have been better in comparison to what it has now
Sound Reception: Honestly the sound quality is not that good because when you watch tv using set-top box you can adjust the volume but when you insert any external drives like pen drive for watching movies or videos you will definitely feel the lack of sufficient sound and trust me you need external sound device or a home theater system to have a blasting and waving surround sound to have the best experience.
Value for Money: Yes you will get the required value for your money if add on some above mentioned support. It is best for a low budget and high desire LED.
Service & Support: I haven’t faced any problem yet so I did not approach any support team thankfully.
Major lack in the product is the applications which the LED comes as pre installed are only by default and you cannot add or download any application from any other sources.
I bought is product on big billion sale from Flipkart and yes the delivery was delayed by 2 days as their courier partner was GATI Express which is the worst courier service in India which do not deliver product on time(experienced earlier also). So that’s it, I hope my review helped you in selecting your best budgeted choice. I have the same product and I have been using it from past 3 months and I’m satisfied with the product.
