I have bought VU tv 6475 32"Smart believing the service will be good hence they brought service in Coimbatore but, I am facing problem from 1st week.
I have bought this Tv on 3-8-2016. I got problem in 5th Sep the battery in remote was drained in 10hrs, I have changed 3sets of batteries including Duracell. no use called customer care, got call back from service engineer asked to change another set batteries no use and inform them, they told shall replace the remote on 5-8-2016 but still now there is no reply and response and I called them several times with no results.
Any have been attracted by this brand as USA brand and bought this because there is a showroom in our city, but there no system in there customer care.
Also I can’t say there is no problem in TV because no serviceman cross checked the problem is only from remote.
I might post to gadget review portal if itself rectified today.
Also the demo wasn’t clear with skilled people.
They doesn’t knew what is any cast view.
I strongly recommend not to go for VU Tvs.
