I have bought this VU 40 inch LED TV from FLIPKART by Oct 2015. Initially there was no issues, after a month, a THIN VERTICAL LINE IS DISPLAYING IN THE SCREEN. I am trying to reach all VU customer numbers for the past two months till 4th January 2016, there is no response, waste of time… Even we have escalated the same to FLIPKART after sale they are also not supporting.
Due to this experience better, will buy some branded TVs directly from the showroom at least we may avoid such risk and they will value the customers. The online purchases are totally waste; ESPECIALLY DON’T BUY VU TVs… WASTE OF MONEY.
