Worst Service Center - Executives and Technicians

Hello Guys,


I bought a new VU TV on Sept 15, 2017 through FlipKart big billion sale. There is no issue initially. Later, during 22nd August 2020(after 3 years), I faced a problem - TV turning off frequently. I checked timer and reset everything.


After one day of frequent turn-off problem. My TV totally turned off on 23rd Aug. I raised complaint online on VU TV website. I have not received any response for 24 hours of complaint launched. Later I received call from executive, she asked the nature of problem and she informed she will assign technician. No technician reached me till after 48 hours of call center executive promise. I reached twice and they are telling, technician assigned. I do not think technician will reach me and attend the problem.


Customer service is very poor. As a branded LED TV, expect 5 years of warranty from the date of buying. But it is not worth for 3 years. My friends are facing very worst problem with same VU 43 inch TV. TV dead after one year.


Please do not opt for VU brand.
