Bought this TV around 2 weeks ago and have been using it daily for 6 hrs a day from the date of purchase. Build and design is very good. Sound from internal speakers is average at best. The first unit I received had dead pixels so I got it replaced from Flipkart.
Now its working fine. But main issue here is the after sale service as I got no response from vu customer care but thankfully I got a call from Flipkart agent which help me to replace my product within 30 days guarantee but other than that I’m worried that after my warranty expires I won’t be receiving any sort of Technical Support if I got any problem in the future
