I bought VU 43 inch UHD tv in June 2020 , its display stopped working last month Feb 2022 , firstly it is very difficult to connect with customer support , also response of their executives is very poor. After so many calls , one service engineer came after I paidRs 1000 , he said they will send repair quotation in mail , its been 10 days did not receive the mail for repair . They are looting our hard earned money.They are not agreeing to extend the warranty also . They have no policy for exchange of TV like other brands. TV display got damaged in only 1.5 years of usage. This wasn’t expected. It is better to go for LG, Soni or Samsung. Won’t recommend VU tv to anyone. Pathetic product quality and customer service.
