It has the worst customer service! and the worst product!
I bought this tv before 2 years and it stoped working 3weeks before I complained in the shop from where I bought it the worker came to check thetv and he said that display is not working the after complaining daily a worker came from the company to replace the tv and he starts saying there is a scratch i’ll ask my seniors of it and he replies he can’t change the product even the worker who came to check the tv is saying that prior there was no scratch and I am saying the company might be it would be by your worker who came to replace the tv but they are not ready to listen.still I am not forcing them to replace just repair but they are not ready to do that also. It is the worst company ever in the fields of electronics ????
And I have also complained of it in consumer court
