We bought tv few months back which was in warrenty period. On 4th Oct we raised complained as it stopped working. Our complaint is still pending for resolution. This is how pathetic frustrating service VU provides.
We are regretting after this purchase. I will never recommend anyone to buy it. After multiple followups technician visited to our place and said, panel need to be replaced. That panel order took more than a week to dispatch from Mumbai. It’s in transit state since 21st Oct. Not delivered till date. Completely waste of money. Don’t rely on VU. please go for bigger brands.
